What we're looking for:

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a welcoming, friendly demeanor
• Positive, energetic attitude, team player mindset
• Provide excellent customer service and support to all members and guests
• Welcome and greet clients upon arrival
• Answer phones, book appointments
• The ability to SELL!
• Memberships, gift cards, enhancements and upgrades
• Maintain a professional, clean and organized work environment and appearance
• Perform various other duties throughout the spa as assigned

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of basic computer software. Will provide training (Microsoft Office, Zenoti)
• Experience in the salon/spa, retail, or hospitality industry is a plus, but not required
• Excellent personal appearance, great verbal and written communication skills
• Promote the benefits of massage, skin care, and body toning service. Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu of services offered
• Ability to handle stressful situations, while remaining poised and professional at all times
