Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Hyannis, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Labor and Delivery Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/28/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Labor and Delivery Nurse Massachusetts. This position involves delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process in a hospital setting. The role includes administering medications, guiding ancillary staff, and ensuring safety and customer service standards are maintained. Job Details Position Description: Delivers patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation; administers and monitors patient responses to medications; guides patient care and ancillary activities; maintains professional standards. Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification; successful completion of a pharmacology exam; documented attendance at Fetal Monitor Course every 2 years; current certification in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP); recent obstetric experience within 2 years; ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Demonstrates proficiency in nursing informatics; assumes charge nurse role; participates in quality improvement and safety policies; maintains ongoing professional development; maintains confidentiality and represents the hospital positively in the community; performs other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) certification. Float: Float rotation may be required.
