Responsibilities Provide quality handyman services across multiple trades as part of a team. Look around the property and communicate to the customer things that could be repaired or that the company can handle. Take the time to earn the customer’s confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Politely inform customers that more work is possible by demonstrating capability and offering solutions. Be punctual, efficient, and maintain high integrity to achieve top customer satisfaction. Enjoy being an integral part of a winning team and strive to exceed customers' expectations. Maintain clear, professional communication with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers. Qualifications Good overall knowledge of multiple trades including: Plumbing Carpentry Tile Electrical Additional Qualifications for this Craftsman Role: Proper Equipment: Not necessarily having every tool, but knowing what tools are needed for certain tasks. Troubleshooting Skills: Quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve them promptly and professionally. Excellent Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
