Gyro Gyro is coming to East Atlanta Village! We're opening our second location in the Southern Feed Store food hall, and we're putting together a team for opening day. If you're a team player that likes a fun work environment, with live music and competitive pay, then we're the place for you. Responsibilities- Quickly learn the kitchen system and ensure a quality product is consistently prepared
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Effectively and safely be able to use fryers and grills
- Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
- Clean up station and take care of leftover food
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times
Qualifications
- 4+ years of kitchen experience or Back of the House experience preferred
- Able to meet all scheduling commitments
- Able to anticipate the needs of others in the kitchen and proactively work to meet those needs
- Strong attention to detail
- A reliable source of transportation
