Physical Therapist – Queens, NY (Achieve Beyond) Apply with Achieve Beyond to help children with special needs in Queens, NY and the greater New York area. We provide pediatric therapy services in homes, community, and clinic settings, promoting collaboration, support and high ethical standards. Services include ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy and Special Education/SEIT across the nine New York boroughs, Hudson Valley, Long Island, Albany, Virginia/DC area, Maryland, New Jersey, Connecticut and Delaware. Location Queens, NY – cases available throughout all NYC boroughs. Compensation Evaluations: $128.00 – $175.00 per hour; standard: $66.00 – $120.00 per hour. Compensation is based on experience and education. Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over. Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics and other community settings. Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress. Prepare progress reports as indicated. Maintain child records and confidentiality per HIPAA, state and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines. Qualifications Passion for working with children and families. NYS Licensed Physical Therapist. 1–2 years of experience working with children birth to 5 years preferred but not required. Self‑motivated, team player, patient and professional. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Physical Requirements Must be able to travel to assigned cases, including driving, walking or using public transportation. Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
