Professional Land Surveyor - Hawaii

We’re seeking a dedicated Surveyor to join our collaborative team and contribute to a wide range of infrastructure projects. Based in your hometown in Hawaii, you’ll work closely with Project Managers and Field Surveyors across the region and around the globe to support major infrastructure programs. Responsibilities Provide oversight and technical direction to field crews performing control, boundary, topographic, and laser scanning surveys. Work from office or in a hybrid capacity, with occasional fieldwork and travel to key project milestones. Post‑process survey data using multiple software platforms and produce high‑quality deliverables that meet project scope, standards, and specifications using CADD. Support technical execution of projects in partnership with the Project Manager, applying professional judgment and expertise for successful delivery. Perform tasks including field crew setup, geodetic control network planning, processing, and adjustment, feature code processing of topographic field data in CAD, generating, editing, and cleaning up of Digital Terrain Models, public records research, COGO calculations, determination of Land and Right of Way boundaries, drafting of Land Survey Plats, ALTA Surveys, and Topographic Maps, writing property descriptions, obtaining permits and right of entry, developing and implementing quality control plans, working with PM to estimate hours, collaborating with multi‑discipline team, adhering to company policies, working outdoors, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in an applicable field. 5+ years’ experience in Land Surveying. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation ORD, or Trimble TBC. Experience with DOT standards and specifications is preferred, though not required. CST, LSI, or PLS certification preferred but not required. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Good social and communication skills. Ability to pass drug screen. Benefits Health benefits include medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Salary The base salary range for this position is $80,900.00 to $130,000.00.
