Travel Outpatient Physical Therapist - $2,419 per week

Overview Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a 13‑week assignment in Dixon, Illinois. The role involves helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Responsibilities Deliver physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Assist patients in recovery from injuries and chronic conditions. Document patient progress, treatments, and outcomes in electronic medical records. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care. Minimum Requirements Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required). Outpatient experience required; experience with orthopedics, manual therapy, or post‑operative rehab preferred. Experience documenting in electronic medical records preferred.
