- Learn from the best: supportive Management Team averaging over 9 years of Supercuts experience means you've got the inspiration and support system you want.
- Develop your skills: you begin your journey with Supercuts' industry-leading, proprietary training academy followed by one-on-one coaching from our franchisee groups' own Stylist Development team. You'll continue to grow with ongoing training and seminars in cuts, styling, Paul Mitchell color, waxing, retail, and more.
- Build your career with The SuperCT Group: an established franchisee group with locations throughout Connecticut means opportunities to grow your career from Stylist, to Management to Artistic Education.
