Job Responsibilities:

• Patient reminder calls
• Fax outreach schedules to outreach locations
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation
• Checking patients in and out for appointments
• Verify demographic information
• Answer phone calls and route calls to appropriate team
• Perform general office tasks such as faxing records

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Medical Secretary or in a similar role
• Proficiency in medical terminology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and accuracy
