Weekend On-Call Hospice Nurse: Triage & Home Care

Pathways Healthcare, Llc in Westwood, MA is seeking an On Call Hospice Triage Nurse for weekend coverage in our growing hospice program. The role supports afterhours triage, home visits and coordination with the care team. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics, and an active nursing license with BLS CPR.
