What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of 90+ billing professionals , including supervisors and team leads


• Oversee the full DME billing cycle: claims submission, payment posting, and AR follow-up


• Monitor and improve key performance metrics (AR days, denial rates, collections)


• Identify issues and implement solutions to reduce denials and increase reimbursement


• Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer guidelines


• Partner cross-functionally to ensure accurate documentation and clean claims


• Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement


• Report on performance and provide insights to senior leadership


Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of medical billing experience, with leadership responsibility


• Degree related experience

• Strong DME billing experience (required)


• Proven success managing large teams (50+ employees)


• Deep knowledge of revenue cycle management and payer requirements


• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills


• Ability to lead in a high-volume, fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

• CPC or CPB certification

• Experience in high-volume or multi-state billing environments


• Demonstrated success reducing denials and improving collections


Compensation

$90,000 - $110,000 annually
