Job Summary

Immediate opening available for an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) supporting a Contract assignment (Day (5x8) shift) in Winnfield, LA. Key responsibilities involve: conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments of resident mobility, transfers, and gait, implement tailored physical therapy programs to maximize resident independence and safe ambulation, and collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff on restorative care, ensuring high standards of clinical safety and care delivery. The position requires active state credentials, strong communication skills, and relevant clinical experience.
