Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of skilled nursing professionals to deliver comprehensive care to patients with diverse needs and conditions Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centered care plans Provide direct patient care, including assessments, interventions, and evaluations, as needed Supervise and mentor staff to ensure provision of high-quality care and adherence to established policies and procedures Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and participate in staff development initiatives Monitor and manage budgets, inventory, and supplies for the unit Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain accurate records and reports About the Role As a Unit Manager LPN/RN at Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and families.
