Change Management Analyst

Salary: $136,000 - 156,000 per year Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Change Analyst, Change Manager, or Change Coordinator leading change initiatives.
- Proven track record in comprehensive change management for large-scale, complex programs with simultaneous projects, including all phases from impact assessments to implementation and sustainment.
- Strong ability to collaborate effectively with all organizational levels, including senior leadership, while managing stakeholder communications and engagement strategies.
- Lead change projects effectively, ensuring all phases of change management are executed properly.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and engagement strategy tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support in stakeholder management and program communications, prioritizing an exceptional stakeholder experience throughout the change process.
