ICU Registered Nurse - Lafayette, LA

What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality ICU patient care adhering to hospital protocols
Assess patient conditions and develop care plans using the Nursing Process
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
Utilize EPIC electronic health records for documentation and care coordination
Delegate tasks and lead interdisciplinary team efforts
Promote patient safety and comfort during night shifts
Educate patients and families on care and discharge instructions

What You Need:

Current RN license in Louisiana
BLS and ACLS certifications (American Heart Association)
Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
Knowledge of EPIC documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt to diverse patient populations
