A premier outpatient imaging provider is seeking MRI Technologists to join a high-performing, patient-centered team across multiple locations in Naples and Bonita Springs.

What You'll Do

Patient Care

• Provide a calm, supportive experience for patients throughout the MRI process
• Educate patients and families on procedures and expectations
• Assist with positioning, transfers, and mobility safely
• Ensure patient comfort, dignity, and safety at all times
• Adapt care based on patient age, condition, and needs

Imaging & Technical

• Perform high-quality MRI scans in accordance with physician orders and protocols
• Maintain imaging standards and support quality assurance efforts
• Accurately document procedures and patient information
• Monitor equipment performance and escalate concerns as needed

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere to MRI safety standards and OSHA guidelines
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance
• Complete incident reporting as required
• Promote a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors

What You Bring

• Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program
• ARRT (MRI) certification preferred (or eligible)
• BLS certification preferred
• Strong understanding of MRI safety and imaging protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
