Learn more at Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Service Program Manager to join our security business unit. Primary Responsibilities: Driving the growth of the Data Center Service business through proactive customer engagement and operational excellence. Managing service operations, scheduling, and resource planning to ensure timely and efficient execution. Developing and mentoring service personnel while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Partnering with Sales, Program Management, and Operations to identify and pursue additional service opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. Establishing consistent service delivery processes, performance metrics, and financial accountability to improve profitability and customer retention. Supporting strategic expansion into new markets as our Data Center Service portfolio continues to grow. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business management) or equivalent work experience Proven experience (5+ years) in service management, preferably in the security technology industry Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in using service management software and tools Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement Ability to travel up to 30% out of state as needed to support national service operations Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the electronic security integration, service industry or a closely related field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related discipline preferred. Proven experience leading and developing service teams across a large geographic region. Strong operational leadership skills with experience managing field service personnel, scheduling, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. Experience supporting mission-critical environments, data centers, or other high-availability facilities is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams, improve operational processes, and drive service business growth. Excellent communication, organizational, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales, Program Management, Operations, and Executive Leadership to support strategic business objectives. Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
