What You'll Do

We're looking for talented individuals to join our team in a variety of roles, including early childhood teachers, assistant teachers, float & support staff, administrative & program support, and leadership & mentorship pathways. Roles and responsibilities will align with Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations and individual qualifications.

Core Responsibilities (All Roles)

• Provide a safe, nurturing environment for children at all times
• Ensure compliance with Colorado Child Care Licensing regulations, school policies, and procedures
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethics
• Foster respectful communication with children, families, and colleagues
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming learning environment
• Participate in required trainings, meetings, and professional development
• Embodiment of kindness, integrity, and collaboration within the school community

Requirements

Basic Requirements for All Staff

• Passing background checks required by the State of Colorado
• Completion of required health, safety, and licensing trainings
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

TMS Requirements

• Find joy and a sense of responsibility in working with young children
• Embody a reflective, curious, and open approach to learning and growth
• Value collaboration, professionalism, and kindness
• Appreciate the importance of structure and creativity
• Are inspired by Montessori philosophy, nature-based learning, or whole-child education

Nice To Haves

• Montessori training or a strong interest in Montessori philosophy
• Early childhood education, child development, or caregiving experience
• Nature-based, outdoor, or play-based learning experience
• Reggio, Waldorf, Nature/ Forest background/experience
• Comfort spending time outdoors in varied weather conditions
• Excellent communication skills with children, families, and colleagues
• A reflective practice and openness to feedback and growth
• Creativity, flexibility, and a sense of wonder
• Interest in community collaboration or intergenerational work
• A desire to grow into mentorship, leadership, or expanded roles over time
