Clinical Education Specialist (West Region)

Baxter seeks a Clinical Education Specialist to train clinicians on infusion therapy products across the western United States. The role combines on-site training delivery, customer relationship building, and clinical implementation support for healthcare facilities adopting Baxter solutions.
Responsibilities
- Execute clinical implementation and integration tasks at key customer healthcare facilities
- Deliver product training through multi-phased processes including classroom instruction and go-live support
- Develop and maintain relationships with clinical staff and nursing educators at targeted healthcare systems
- Maintain expert knowledge of Baxter infusion pump products, accessories, and software solutions
- Troubleshoot adoption challenges and provide consultative guidance on safe product use and clinical change management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Business with 3+ years clinical nursing experience
- Active RN license or equivalent clinical healthcare experience
- Demonstrated expertise in intravenous therapy and critical care or specialty nursing
- Strong clinical education and product implementation experience
- Excellent communication, presentation skills, and professional presence
- Proficiency with technology and nursing informatics concepts
- Ability to travel up to 80% and maintain valid driver's license
Compensation: $88,000-$121,000 base annually
