Associate Veterinarian – General Practice

$110,000–$175,000 | Full-Time

DVM Focus is recruiting an Associate Veterinarian for an established companion animal practice in the Memphis metro area. This opportunity offers a varied general practice caseload, flexible scheduling, mentorship, and a collaborative environment focused on quality patient care and professional growth.

Experienced veterinarians and newer DVMs are both encouraged to explore the opportunity.

Your caseload may include:

• Wellness and preventive medicine
• General medical care
• Diagnostic workups and case management
• Routine surgery
• Dentistry
• Same-day sick visits
• Client education and communication
• Collaboration with veterinarians and support staff

You’ll have room to continue developing your clinical interests while practicing within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• DVM, VMD, or equivalent veterinary degree
• Active Tennessee veterinary license or ability to obtain one
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Interest in continued clinical and professional development

New graduates are encouraged to apply, and mentorship is available.

Market-based compensation range: $110,000–$175,000 , depending on experience, qualifications, schedule, clinical skill set, and compensation structure.
