Strong design, site analysis, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate concepts into buildable solutions
Advanced understanding of technical design, detailing, and documentation
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and navigating complex project requirements
Familiarity with municipal and state agency standards, permitting processes, and regulatory frameworks in Connecticut and the Northeast
Experience in construction administration and field observation
Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino (or comparable 3D modeling tools)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and contribute to project delivery schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program
Professional licensure (or active pursuit of licensure)
5-7 years of relevant professional experience
Experience delivering public realm projects, including parks, streetscapes, campuses, or waterfronts
