Occupational Therapist - OT - Full Time

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Part-Time Occupational Therapist to join our employee-owned team at Phoebe Berks Health Care Center in Wernersville, PA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will help individuals of all ages overcome physical, mental, and emotional challenges that affect participation in daily activities. You will provide customized treatment plans to promote independence, improve function, and enhance well-being. Responsibilities Establish appropriate goals and execute treatment plans along with supervision of Occupational Therapist Assistants. Collaborate as part of an interdisciplinary team; maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. Help patients achieve outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community served. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapists. Hold a valid or pending state license (for newer graduates). Experience in acute care, long-term care, and/or rehabilitation is beneficial but not required.
