Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid After 90 Days)

MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected independent community hospital in Ohio to recruit a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team known for high employee retention and patient satisfaction, with great benefits!

Job Details:

Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
Focus on pediatric patients, with some adult cases.
Schedule: 10-hour shifts, weekdays.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans based on a variety of assessment techniques.
Provide effective speech therapy to improve patients' physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being, promoting independence and quality of life.
Use clinical judgment and technical knowledge to adapt treatment based on patient reactions.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment to support compensation.

Qualifications:

Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
Basic computer skills; prior experience with EPIC patient charting preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
