Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full Time $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid After 90 Days) MLee Healthcare is partnering with a respected independent community hospital in Ohio to recruit a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP). - Primarily outpatient with occasional inpatient coverage as needed.
- Focus on pediatric patients, with some adult cases.
- Schedule: 10-hour shifts, weekdays.

- Evaluate patients and create customized treatment plans based on a variety of assessment techniques.
- Provide effective speech therapy to improve patients' physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being, promoting independence and quality of life.
- Use clinical judgment and technical knowledge to adapt treatment based on patient reactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of treatment to support compensation.
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Ohio.
- BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
- Basic computer skills; prior experience with EPIC patient charting preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required.
