The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality assistance to clients and ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. This position is essential to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting day-to-day operations. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints and determining the best solution Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of all correspondence Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure client needs are met Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
