Aerospace QA Manager - On-Site FAA Part 145 Leadership

STS Aviation Group

STS Technical Services in Rio Rancho, New Mexico, seeks an Aerospace Repair Station QA Manager to lead the Repair Station Quality Assurance Department and ensure FAA Part 145 compliance. This hands-on leadership role requires extensive aviation QA experience, the ability to audit and review technical documentation, and strong liaison with the FAA, customers and shop personnel.

On-site, Monday through Friday day shift, the role emphasizes maintaining QA processes, coordinating audits, and driving
