Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs of clients. \n

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. \n
- Utilize evidence-based screening and assessment tools as determined by the clinical team, actively contributing to improving treatment outcomes. \n
- Serve as a key liaison between clients and relevant service systems, community partners, and state agencies to facilitate access to appropriate resources. \n
- Participate actively in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry regulations. \n
- Engage in community outreach and foster relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to promote programs and potential funding opportunities. \n
- Dedicate time to professional development, attending conferences and meetings relevant to your area of expertise, and representing the agency positively. \n
- Promote agency values and mission in all interactions with clients and community stakeholders. \n
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, adapting to the evolving needs of the organization. \n
Your role will primarily focus on clients seeking assistance with mental health issues, emotional distress, substance use recovery, and various developmental challenges. By providing compassionate care tailored to each individual's needs, you will empower clients to achieve their personal wellness goals and foster a supportive environment for healing and growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field is required, ensuring a strong foundation in mental health practices. \n
- Possession of an independent LMHC license issued by the state board, demonstrating professional credentialing and compliance. \n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 86,000 to 103,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. In addition to base salary, our compensation package includes:
