As a Front Desk Officer in a healthcare location, you will be the welcoming first point of contact, supporting access control, visitor assistance, and security-related awareness with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $16.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Monitor access at the reception area by greeting visitors, checking identification and/or visitor records, and directing guests, patients, and staff according to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate needed information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Support front desk operations by answering questions, documenting security-related events, maintaining accurate logs, and reporting concerns involving access control, visitor activity, and/or facility rules.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
