As we continue to grow, we are looking for motivated, reliable leasing agents who are excited to be part of a fast-paced and evolving team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate and property management. You will be actively involved in marketing, touring properties, learning the leasing process, and working closely with leadership. If you enjoy working with people and want to grow within a company that is scaling quickly, this role offers strong potential. Our home base is in West Hollywood, near The Grove, and this role requires being out in the field across Los Angeles, showing units and helping prospective residents find their next home.

What We Are Looking For

• Someone based in Los Angeles.

• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with people daily.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between multiple locations.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Weekend availability.
• A college degree is preferred but not required.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities Include

• Generating leads and helping fill available units.
• Communicating with current and prospective residents via phone, text, and email.
• Conducting property tours across multiple locations.
• Assisting with move-ins and move-out inspections.
• Providing feedback on units to maintain a high-quality resident experience.
• Supporting the team with additional tasks as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
