Financial Planning is the core of our holistic approach. As a Financial Planning Assistant, you will work as part of a team with Financial Advisors and other Specialists within the organization. The role includes meeting preparation, communicating with clients, and following up with our operations team to follow up on business flow. Essential Job Functions Assist in booking appointments for advisors Prepare declaration page quote sheet for meetings, application and mailing Maintain a good rapport with clients as well as staff members Assist advisors with client services Coordinate business and meetings with advisors, tax team and estate planners Attend meetings and continuing education sessions Comply with all industry rules and regulations All other tasks assigned Education / Knowledge & Skills High School Diploma / GED Strong oral and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Basic database skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Series 7 licensed preferred Must be able to obtain required licenses* Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Voluntary long‑term disability (V LTD) Voluntary life insurance (V Life) Flexible spending account Eligibility requirements vary Required Licenses FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, FINRA Series 7, FINRA Series 66, State Life, Accident & Health, Variable Contracts, State Property & Casualty.
