Dental Hygienist – Floater Position Between Two Growing Offices (Apex & Raleigh, NC)!

As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Are you a passionate dental hygienist looking for a collaborative, energetic, and positive team environment? The Loop Dental Care is growing and excited to welcome a new hygienist to our team! We're open to new graduates and experienced professionals alike.

This position offers flexibility:

• Full-Time: Monday–Friday (schedule finalized during interview)
• This is a floater position: 2–3 days per week at The Loop Dental Care and/or 2-3 days at Dental Care at Royal Creek

We aim to establish a consistent schedule once hired!

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care through preventive and therapeutic hygiene services
• Perform dental cleanings, periodontal therapy, and oral health education
• Take and interpret radiographs
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with dentists and team members to ensure seamless patient experience
• Uphold infection control and sterilization protocols

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina Dental Hygiene License
• Certifications preferred (but not required):
  • Nitrous Oxide
  • Local Anesthetic
  • NC SPICE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and commitment to patient-centered care
