Occupational Therapist

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide specialized therapeutic services to adult and elderly patients within a clinic setting. Managing a caseload of fewer than 20 patients, the therapist will focus on patient assessment, treatment planning, and implementing individualized therapy programs. This role emphasizes thorough progress monitoring, patient education, and collaboration to enhance rehabilitation outcomes without the need for travel between sites. Prt-time position available.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient functional abilities and needs
• Develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions and activities
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Educate patients about therapy goals and self-care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and reports
• Recommend appropriate assistive equipment and devices

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Skilled in patient evaluation and therapeutic techniques
• Proficient in rehabilitation planning and documentation
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
• Bilingual in Armenian preferred
