Ability to work with small precision parts to very close tolerances. Capability to use basic inspection tools and techniques. Capacity to understand and follow through with verbal or written instructions.Good understanding of shop math. Proficient with interpersonal relations, organization and communication skills. Equipment Used Polishing jacks Polishing wheels and belts Blasters Physical Requirements Light work:Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to30pounds of force frequently, and/or lift, carry, push, pull,or move objects. Sitting for 8+ hours per day.
