Why You'll Love This Role As a Housekeeping Inspector, you'll play a key role in maintaining the appearance and quality of our hotel. You'll work closely with housekeeping staff, management, and guests to ensure every room is guest-ready and every stay exceeds expectations. What You'll Do Room & Facility Inspections Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness and brand standards are met Conduct inspections of public areas, fitness center, pool area, offices, and service spaces Identify and report maintenance issues requiring repair Verify room status and update housekeeping reports Team Support & Leadership Assign daily duties and distribute housekeeping assignments Coordinate staff breaks and workflow priorities Train and coach housekeeping team members Monitor supply levels and equipment readiness Guest Service Excellence Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally Maintain positive guest relations and confidentiality Follow up on room requests and service issuesEnsure every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment Make Every Room a Five-Star Experience! Housekeeping Department | Full-Time Opportunity Qualifications What We're Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience Minimum 2 years of Housekeeping Room Attendant experience 2-3 years of leadership or supervisory experience Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience preferred Knowledge of proper cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemical handling Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or Inspector Experience working in a hotel environment Familiarity with hotel management systems Physical Requirements Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Push or pull carts and equipment up to 150 lbs.
