Sr Data Analyst | Dallas, Texas, United States Sr Data Analyst - Dallas, TX (Contract) About the Role Join a dynamic data-driven team as a Senior Data Analyst, supporting critical data management initiatives across multiple environments, including Data Warehousing, ODS, and Big Data platforms. Leverage your expertise in SQL, Exadata, SQL Server, and Oracle to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful business decisions. Responsibilities - Investigate and analyze data anomalies and issues reported by business users - Collaborate with ETL, Replication, and DBA teams to document data transformations and data movement processes - Support break-fix and production validation for data derivations, replication, and structural issues - Assist with configuration and ongoing setup of Data Virtualization and Master Data Management tools - Maintain and update documentation related to data standardization, data dictionary, and data lineage - Interpret data patterns and trends from multiple sources to provide actionable insights - Ensure adherence to proactive support methodologies for all data processes Required Skills and Experience - 4+ years of SQL experience across OLTP, Data Warehouse, and Big Data databases - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Exadata and SQL Server - 4+ years in a Data Analyst role - Proven experience with Oracle databases - Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset - Experience writing medium to complex stored procedures - Extensive background in complex query writing and data processing (ETL, API, OLAP) - Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in team settings - Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills Preferred Skills - Denodo platform experience - Master Data Management exposure - Big Data platforms (Hadoop, MongoDB) - Postgres and cloud-based data solutions Benefits - Opportunity to work on enterprise-level data initiatives - Exposure to advanced data governance and virtualization tools - Collaborative, agile, and growth-focused team environment - Flexible contract opportunity with potential for extension How to Apply Ready to make an impact with your data expertise?
