Advertising Manager

TRC Talent is looking for an Advertising Manager for our client in Kennesaw, GA!

Job Summary: The Advertising Manager will lead the advertising team, oversee advertising strategy and campaigns, manage agency relationships, and help develop team members.

Job Details:

• Direct Hire

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

• Salary: $120-140K BO

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage advertising team, providing coaching, development, and performance management for direct reports.

• Drive advertising strategy and execution across multiple media channels and campaigns.

• Serve as the primary leader for the advertising function, reporting directly below the Division Manager level.

• Partner with internal stakeholders and external advertising agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Manage advertising budgets and evaluate campaign effectiveness through performance metrics and reporting.

• Influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships throughout the organization.

• Lead organizational change initiatives and help guide the transition of team members into the new reporting structure.

• Develop and implement advertising strategies that support the brand and business goals.

• Present recommendations, results, and strategic plans to senior leadership.

• Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Identify and develop future leaders within the advertising team.

• Provide stability, leadership, and strategic direction as part of the clients long-term succession planning efforts.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven advertising and marketing leadership experience.

• Experience managing advertising agencies on behalf of a brand or organization.

• Previous people management experience with responsibility for direct reports.

• Demonstrated success coaching, mentoring, and developing employees.

• Experience managing advertising budgets and measuring campaign performance.

• Strong background in brand strategy, media planning, consumer marketing, and campaign management.

• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence decision-makers and gain credibility quickly across all levels of an organization.

• Experience leading established teams and navigating organizational change.

• Experience within consumer brands, consumer products, powersports, automotive, marine, outdoor recreation, lifestyle brands, or similar industries preferred.
