We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing to lead clinical operations for a growing home infusion organization. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations, regulatory compliance, quality initiatives, staff development, and patient care across the assigned market.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative nursing leader with experience managing clinical teams in home infusion, home health, or specialty healthcare. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes while maintaining compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards.

What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership

• Provide leadership and oversight for home infusion nursing operations and clinical services
• Supervise Nursing Supervisors, Team Leaders, Registered Nurses, and clinical support staff
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing nursing teams
• Foster a culture focused on quality, accountability, and exceptional patient care

Quality & Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
• Oversee clinical documentation, patient records, and quality assurance initiatives
• Lead performance improvement programs, emergency preparedness, and risk management activities
• Maintain survey and audit readiness across the organization

Operational Management

• Monitor census, staffing levels, productivity, and nursing performance metrics
• Analyze payroll, overtime, and operational data to improve efficiency and resource utilization
• Partner with leadership to support operational planning and organizational growth
• Assist with patient home visits and clinical support when needed

Team Development

• Hire, onboard, train, and develop nursing staff
• Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing coaching
• Support leadership development for Nursing Supervisors and Team Leaders
• Promote collaboration across clinical, pharmacy, and operational teams

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in home infusion, home health, or a related healthcare setting
• Minimum of 2 years supervising nurses and clinical teams
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
