At Bean & Bottle HTX , we believe a great cup of coffee can change someone’s day — and the person behind the bar makes all the difference. We’re looking for baristas who care deeply about their craft, their team, and the people walking through our doors.
What You Bring:
– Hands-on experience with espresso dialing, milk texturing, and latte art
– Familiarity with specialty brew methods (pour-over, batch, etc.)
– A sharp eye for detail and consistency in every drink
– A genuinely warm, welcoming presence — hospitality comes naturally to you
– A team-first mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
What You’ll Do:
– Craft high-quality coffee with precision and pride
– Create an inviting, upbeat environment behind the bar
– Engage with customers in a way that makes them want to come back
– Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace
– Support your team and keep operations running smoothly
