Senior Python AI Developer(RAG/LLM)

The client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Python AI Developer with expertise in building enterprise-grade Generative AI applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and developing scalable AI platforms for financial services. Required Skills

• 10+ years of software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python development
• Hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
• Experience integrating LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, Gemini, or Mistral
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks
• Strong knowledge of vector databases including Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or Milvus
• Experience with embedding models and semantic search
• Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask
• Experience with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
• Strong SQL and NoSQL database experience
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps practices
• Understanding of AI security, governance, and responsible AI practices
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

• Financial or banking domain experience
• Experience with OCR and document intelligence
• Knowledge of AI agents and multi-agent frameworks
• Experience deploying enterprise AI solutions
• Experience with model evaluation and observability

• Design and build enterprise RAG solutions
• Develop scalable AI services using Python
• Build semantic search and document retrieval pipelines
• Integrate vector databases and LLMs
• Optimize prompt engineering and retrieval strategies
• Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business stakehold
