Preferred Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• Recent experience in intensive care or critical care nursing settings.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making abilities under pressure.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Up-to-date certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
