Production Planner

Production Planner | Advanced Manufacturing We're looking for a Production Planner to join an innovative advanced manufacturing team building next-generation industrial technology. This is a unique opportunity to help create the production coordination function from the ground up while supporting the transition from prototype manufacturing into full-scale production. You'll be the central point of communication between production, engineering, and manufacturing teams—ensuring projects stay on track, issues are identified early, and nothing falls through the cracks . What You'll DoTrack the status of active production jobs across multiple manufacturing environments Coordinate communication between production, engineering, and R&D teams Identify production risks and elevate issues before they impact schedules Ensure smooth communication and handoffs between multiple shifts Build and improve production tracking processes and systems Help develop the coordination infrastructure that supports a growing manufacturing operation. What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in Production Coordination, Manufacturing Operations, or Production Support within a manufacturing environment Experience with ERP or production scheduling systems Experience coordinating work across multiple teams, departments, or shifts Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written communication skills for updates, documentation, and issue tracking Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where processes are still being developed Experience with ERP or production scheduling systems is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
