Bartender

• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests at the bar.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service.
• Complete opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Maintain proper pours, presentation, and attention to detail.
• Learn the food, cocktail, and wine menus and make recommendations.
• Work closely with the team to provide smooth, attentive service.

• Have previous bartending experience, preferably in an upscale or full-service restaurant.
• Be friendly, outgoing, polished, and professional with customers.
• Be able to hold a conversation naturally while knowing when guests prefer privacy.
• Have strong knowledge of classic cocktails and proper bartending techniques.
• Be comfortable recommending cocktails, wines, and food pairings.
• Have wine knowledge; knowledge of Italian wines is a big plus .
• Be interested in learning more about Italian wine, particularly Piedmont, Barolo, Tuscany, and other Italian regions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepared bar.
• Work well with servers, management, and the kitchen as part of a team.
• Be reliable, punctual, attentive to details, and able to stay composed during busy service.

We are especially interested in someone who loves hospitality , not simply someone who knows how to make drinks. We want our guests to remember the bartender, the conversation, the recommendations, and the overall experience.
