Job Description
The Food Service Team Member plays a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations within a small team environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, this position focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting inventory management. The role primarily involves in-store duties with regular weekend shifts, offering opportunities for growth through promotions and cross-training in other store functions.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Monitor and control inventory levels
- Maintain cleanliness and follow sanitation protocols
- Stock and replenish supplies as needed
- Take customer orders promptly and accurately
- Collaborate effectively with team members
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in food service
- ServSafe certification and strong knowledge of Food Safety
- Customer service and cash handling expertise
- Time management and effective communication skills
- Teamwork and attention to detail
