We are currently searching for a Lead Insurance Agent who is ready to step into a meaningful role. You will be at the heart of our operations, helping us expand our reach while keeping the quality of our service high. ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of our sales desk in New Britain to ensure high-quality service.
Identify local opportunities to connect with individuals and families who need tailored insurance solutions.
Guide and support team members in reaching their personal and professional sales objectives.
Analyze current market trends to help the agency remain competitive and relevant.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy documentation is precise.
Develop meaningful partnerships with local business owners and community leaders.
RequirementsActive Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
At least 3 years of experience in the insurance industry.
Strong comfort level with sales software and digital documentation.
Experience managing or guiding small groups of people.
Natural ability to build rapport with community members.
Valid driver's license for occasional local client meetings.
