The Housing Authority of Joliet (HAJ) is seeking a HCV Specialist to provide administrative services to Housing Choice Voucher clients in accordance with SEMAP indicators, HUD regulations and HAJ policies. The role includes eligibility determinations, client briefings and rent calculations, with a focus on compliance and accurate record-keeping.
