Senior Director Customer Success, Resins and Technologies (USA, REMOTE)

Senior leadership role overseeing global customer success strategy for Danaher's Resins & Technologies business unit. Responsible for developing customer engagement models, leading go-to-market strategy, and managing a multi-disciplinary organization across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year Customer Success strategy aligned with business unit goals
- Lead global Customer Success organization managing adoption, insights, analytics, and governance functions
- Own go-to-market strategy including positioning, segmentation, and customer adoption pathways
- Drive analytics and data-driven decision making across customer, product, and market insights
- Govern end-to-end customer journey design and oversee lifecycle excellence initiatives
Requirements
- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Data Science, Marketing, or related field
- Extensive experience in Customer Success, Commercial Excellence, or Product Management leadership
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in global commercial environments
- Proven experience translating customer, product, and market data into strategic recommendations
- Strong stakeholder leadership across product, R&D, commercial, and operations functions
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or biotechnology industry
- Fluency in English, written and oral
Compensation: $220,000-$240,000 base
