- Provide friendly and efficient table service, including taking orders, serving food and beverages, and processing payments.
- Create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menus, daily specials, and beverage options.
- Set up and break down dining areas and event spaces according to specific requirements.
- Assist with events, including buffets and banquets.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work effectively as part of a team.
- Greet guests with a smile and provide prompt and attentive service.
- Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English (read, speak, and understand).
- Must be a team player with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Pay Rate: $10.70-$11.25
