Join the Team as Event Staff at Northern Lights of Flagstaff!

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and help create memorable experiences? Northern Lights of Flagstaff is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Event Staff to join us in Flagstaff, AZ. If you’re ready to dive into the world of events and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you! Operating nights run approximately November 20, 2026 through early January 2027, gates open 5:00 PM–9:30 PM.

What You'll Do as Event Staff

As a member of our Event Staff team, you’ll play a key role in making our events run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing excellent customer service to event attendees, answering questions, and helping where needed.
• Monitoring event spaces to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Collaborating with team members to handle any unexpected challenges with a positive attitude.
• Supporting additional tasks as needed to ensure the success of each event.
