Responsibilities Safe and independent administration of prescribed treatments, medications, and nursing interventions based on assessment and plan of care. Appropriately organize and prioritize time based on patient condition and expected workload. Identify changes in patients’ status and act accordingly. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support patient care and safety. Document all nursing care accurately in the electronic charting system. This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour (this differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements). Qualifications Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License or Graduate Nurse Permit required. Academic Preparation: Degree from an accredited academic nursing program. Minimum ADN preparation with expectation of BSN completion within 5 years of hire.
