Krieg, Inc., a family-owned pavement maintenance company serving the region since 1933, is seeking a full-time Crew Leader - Sealcoating to join our team in Harrisburg, PA.CREW LEADER - SEALCOATING: PAY & PERKSThis position offers a competitive hourly wage of $32 – $35 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Workdays generally begin between 5:00 AM and 6:00 AM. Due to the nature of construction and maintenance work, schedules are subject to weather conditions and project requirements. Candidates must be available for overtime and weekend hours, particularly during peak periods when project schedules demand additional labor.Crew Leader - Sealcoating Responsibilities include:Running daily job sites and directing crew members throughout the dayCommunicating the daily work plan, schedule, and expectations to your crewOperating non-CDL truck with spray bar and pavement maintenance equipmentPerforming crack filling using hot rubber equipment (Crafco)Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standardsOverseeing equipment use, job site setup, and crew safety practicesCommunicating with the office regarding job progress, material needs, and schedulingInteracting professionally with customers or site managers when necessaryAssisting with field measurements, job planning, and estimatingTraining and guiding crew members to help them improve their skillsMaintaining trucks, equipment, and materialsIf you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!Valid driver's license and reliable transportationExperience in sealcoating or pavement maintenanceComfortable running a small crew and directing daily work activitiesAbility to communicate clearly with crew members, customers, and the officePunctual, shows up daily, and follows the schedule wellResponsible for equipment, job site safety, and quality of workDependable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing high-quality workAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and is comfortable working outdoors in summer heatExperience operating sealcoating equipment, crack fill kettles, and cleaning equipment is strongly preferred.
