The Assistant Tennis Coach will support players across youth, beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels in a tennis academy setting. Reporting to the Head Tennis Coach and Tennis Director, this role will assist with training, player development, skill evaluation, and competition support, including on-court coaching.

 

Responsibilities

• Assist with practices for players across mixed skill levels.
• Support player development through structured coaching and training.
• Provide clear instruction during drills and practice sessions.
• Assess player skills and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the coaching team to support academy programs.
• Deliver constructive performance feedback to players.
• Provide on-court coaching during competitions.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of tennis coaching experience.
• SafeSport certification.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Knowledge of tennis technique and practice planning.
• Experience with player evaluation and athletic performance training.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
